Manufacturing

Production floor

Forging, milling, and finishing under one roof

Our plant combines CNC machining centers with metallurgical forging capacity, so each stainless steel instrument moves from bar stock to finished tool within controlled production cells.

Experienced machinists and finishers handle the fine hand work that machines cannot replace, keeping edges, joints, and surfaces consistent from batch to batch.

Precision engineering

From alloy testing to passivated finish

Each instrument passes through four controlled stages, with tolerances verified at every step of the workflow.

01 Alloy testing

Incoming stainless steel stock is checked for composition and grade before it enters production.

02 Dimensional milling

CNC machining centers cut blanks to exact dimensional tolerances, batch after batch.

03 Hand sharpening

Skilled finishers sharpen and refine cutting edges and joints by hand for consistent results.

04 Surface passivation

Passivation, ultrasonic cleaning, and electrolytic polishing finish each instrument to a clean surface.
